We have investigated transport and magnetic properties in ErP ultrathin films grown on the GaInP (001) surface. Hall resistance and transverse magnetoresistance measurements yield the carrier density of ∼1.4×10^20 cm^{-3} and the electron and hole mobilities of 1250–1450 cm^2/Vs at 10 K. The resistivity anomaly in the longitudinal megnetoresistance is interpreted in terms of the spin-disorder scattering in the antiferromagnetic phase below 3.5 K.
