The Tail of Genji of C.a. Kin'eda are 25 transcriptions of The tail of Genji by the name of Kin'eda's text. These belong to Yamagishi Tokuhei Bibliotheca in The library of Jissen Women's university. Kin'eda was modeled after a real man, Sanjonishi Kin'eda who was a legitimate son of Sanjonichi Sanetaka. He was also a classisist and a Waka poet like his father getting known as the principal classisist in the late Muromachi period. A study of The tail of Genji was continued by his son Saneki through three generations. Their fruitage is called Sanjonishi-Genji-Gaku in Japanese Literature. Although their works are stood high in estimation, Kin'eda's text are not much in evidence. But the possibility of an immediate connection between both get to prove the new finding of unknown transcription belonging to Sanjonishi family. It makes more meaningful. Following traditional bibliography, it was the conclusion that this transcription was unrelated with Sanjonishi Kin'eda. Because it's dimension, seam, material, handwriting and the like showed different period (maybe the tail end of the middle Edo period). However, we think it is difficult to decide it by this method, for bibliography has necessary for skill of many divergences. For that reason, we groped for another way at science, and reached into AMS Radiocarbon Dating at Nagoya University. It was a finding that this transcription was made through the late 17^<th> into the early 19^<th> centuries. This result corresponded with the finding on Japanese bibliography and so it is considerably authentic.
