産後抑うつ状態に関する心理学的研究の概観 An Overview of the Psychological Research on Postnatal Depressive Symptoms 小林, 佐知子 KOBAYASHI, Sachiko open access internal factors environmental factors postnatal depressive symptoms The purpose of this paper is to review the studies on postnatal depressive symptoms and to examine the generation mechanism of postnatal depressive symptoms from the viewpoint of internal and environmental factors. First, postnatal depressive symptoms are defined, and the difference between postnatal depression and postnatal depressive symptoms is clarified. Next, the effect of postnatal depressive symptoms on child-rearing attitude is examined and the significance of the studies on postnatal depressive symptoms is considered. Subsequently, the studies on postnatal depressive symptoms are arranged from the viewpoint of internal factors, environmental factors, and the relationships among these factors, and a generation model of postnatal depressive symptoms is proposed.
