Recently, good amount of research who pointed out that the importance of keeping good relationship for elderly people who have Dementia (here after elderly people). To keep good relationship for elderly people, putting good meaning into their relationship are thought to be important. Therefore, in this research, we explore how professional care worker put a meaning into their relationship for elderly people. 3workers' narrative about how they relate to their "worried" elderly peoples are analyzed. For the result, every worker closely observe elderly peoples' verbal/non-verbal expression so that they found out elderly peoples' hidden "mind" or "feeling". Not only present expression, elderly peoples' past state or the other patients behavior in some situation were used to imagine their elderly peoples' hidden feelings which is hard to find only in the present interaction.
