This report is in the same orientation of the series of our previous humanistic approaches to the severely physically and mentally handicapped. In this report I discussed about different sorts of mode of their lives as human beings, living in the North Ward in Kobato-Gakuen. It aims at the extension of our understanding to the handicapped. I tried to categorize the 31 handicapped into 7 groups on the basis of their manners of human relationships, and to discuss about their lives for each group. Through these discussions I presented how to understand the handicapped in order to have internal relation with them. Some of them are living earnestly day by day, some of them have withdrawn into themselves, and others live their idle lives with indifference toward the world. They hope that someone warmly understand their pains, or they want to act like a baby, or they feel much anxiety and insecurity. About some of them, I cannot understand their inner world which are so chaotic. But I think, all of them aspire to have the intensive human relations in common.
