In our country, the problem of the education and training in focusing is becoming still more important. In this paper the focusing case using the 6 step training method which consists of six steps was reported and examined. This is equivalent to 5 and 6 step of this method. Mrs.G, a trainer-in-training, was a focusing guide and Mrs.R was a focuser. Mrs.G as a guide recorded a focusing session with Mrs.R and created its verbal record. The guiding-focusing process was examined between Mrs.G and her coordinator based on these recording and verbal records. she made her self-comment on guiding with Mrs.R in written form. Clear improvement was able to be accepted in her guiding. The guide had adhered to her way and method of guiding. But she became rather flexible. On the whole the margin of her heart came out considerably and she became freer as a person. In the final stage of the session her way of guiding had appeared more strongly. The six step training method was suggested to be significant and useful as a way of training of a focusing professional.
