The relations both company and customer are different in the market environment. Company should manage customer according the market environment. Customer profitability analysis is useful method for customer management. And Customer satisfaction is a necessary theory for customer profitability analysis, because the needs of customer are made from customer satisfaction. The aim of this paper is proposing application way of customer profitability analysis using customer satisfaction according the market environment.
