From the observations with 4000 Mc/s interferometer, the flux density of the quiet sun component at 3750 Mc/s in 1957-58 is estimated at 122X10^-22W・m^-2(c/s)^-1. This value is about 1.6 times higher than the value at sunspot minimum. The recent interferometric observations suggest that the change of the quiet sun component at 9400 Mc/s during the sunspot cycle is only a few %. From the spectrum of the brightness of the center of the solar disk, derived from the eclipse observation at 9400, 3750, 2000 and 1000 Mc/s, the electron density of the corona around 1958 is estimated to be about 1.5-2.0 times higher than Alen-Baumbach' value.
