適切な学級運営によって防ぐことができるケースが多い．そこで，我々は学級集団構造の変化を解析するために，学級集団のマルチエージェントモデルを提案した．本論文では，学級運営における教師の介入が学級集団形成にどのような影響を 与えるかをシミュレーションによって確認した．シミュレーションでは教師によるコミュニケーション介入として二つの手法を モデル化し適用した． その結果，孤立した生徒の増加に対しては，適度な教師の介入が有効であることが示唆された． また，一般的な介入方法である「班」の導入が効果的であることをシミュレーション
