Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2002-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成10年度に超小型遠心ポンプのポンプヘッドの設計、駆動用モーターの選定、ポンプ駆動部の設計・試作を行った。平成11年度には試作したポンプのフリーインペラーの安定性、ポンプの水力学的特性やポンプ効率性を評価し、インペラーの羽根形状を若干変更し,直線型と曲線型の2種類の羽根形状を有するインペラーを新たに試作した。平成12年度には試作した超小型遠心ポンプの水回り試験および新鮮羊血を用い溶血試験を行ったが、インペラー下面のtripodが長時間の駆動で磨耗することが判明した。以下の3点1)駆動用装置マグネットとインペラーマグネットのカップリング距離2)インペラー下面の支持構造3)インペラー上面の羽根構造、の問題点を解決するために平成11年に試作した3点支持遠心ポンプを改良し、一点支持ポンプを作成し、水回り試験を施行した。一点支持ポンプと3点支持ポンプを比較すると、圧力-流量特性においては顕著な差は認められなかった。一点支持ポンプ効率はポンプ流量の増加にともない、効率も増加し、3点支持ポンプの効率と比較して二倍以上の効率を示した。これらの実験結果から一点支持ポンプは動物実験において長期使用可能であると判断した。平成13年度には羊・子牛等の中動物を用いた長期間の移植実験を計画していたが、ブタを用いた急性植え込み実験のみを施行した。全身麻酔下、左開胸にて心臓を露出し、左心室心尖部脱血、下行大動脈送血にて超小型遠心ポンプを装着した。低回転域に置いては良好な脱血が得られ遠心ポンプによる良好な左室機能補助効果が得られたが、高回転域では遠心ポンプの高吸引力による脱血のsackingが発生し、遠心ポンプ特性を考慮したドライブングシステムの開発の必要性が示唆された。平成10年〜13年の研究期間に超小型遠心ポンプの設計・試作は遂行できたが、長期動物実験の遂行は今後の研究課題と考えている。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
