{"created":"2021-03-01T06:17:56.144956+00:00","id":11065,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"804064fe-14e9-4e81-9504-b2c83d440ec1"},"_deposit":{"id":"11065","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"11065"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nagoya.repo.nii.ac.jp:00011065","sets":["320:1092:1093"]},"author_link":["33547","33548"],"item_1618209983323":{"attribute_name":"助成情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_award_numbers":{"subitem_award_number":"61470056","subitem_award_uri":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/grant/KAKENHI-PROJECT-61470056"},"subitem_award_titles":[{"subitem_award_title":"溶融金属フィルム挙動と電磁気力の効果","subitem_award_title_language":"ja"}],"subitem_funder_identifiers":{"subitem_funder_identifier":"https://doi.org/10.13039/501100001691","subitem_funder_identifier_type":"Crossref Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1988-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"モデル実験により, スリット流はフィルム状の部分とその両側端に形成される管状の部分からなること, および, フィルム状の部分の流体は自由落下することを明らかにした. この知見に基づいて, スリット流の落下挙動を表現する数学的モデルを展開した. 水模型実験によって得られた観測とモデルによる計算値の比較から, スリット流の落下挙動が本数学的モデルによってよく表現できることがわかった. さらにフィルム領域が形成される条件はウェーバー数We>2で表されることを理論的に示した. 次に, スリット状ノズルから落下する流体の収縮の抑制と安定化を図ることを目的として, 溶融金属のスリット流に高周波磁場を印加した場合について理論展開を行なった. すなわち, 上述の数学的モデルに磁場の効果を加味して, 磁場の強度と周波数がスリット流の幅収縮の抑制とフィルム流の温度上昇に及ぼす効果について検討した. 上記の検討結果に基づいて, 低融点合金を用いて溶融金属フィルムを作り磁場の印加を行なった. その際, 磁場発生装置として現有設備を流用したため, 周波数を十分高く取ることができず, フィルムの収縮を抑制できなかった. そこで, フィルム流の不安定化の引金となる溶融金属表面波動に着目し, 直流磁場による波動抑制について検討した. その結果, 次のことが明らかとなった. (1)水銀の表面波動に横断方向から直流磁場を印加した場合, 波動抑制は磁場の強さでなく, 磁場の勾配に依存する. (2)磁束密度の勾配を考慮した分散関係を導出した. (3)表面と垂直な直流磁場を印加した場合の分散関係を導出した. (4)(3)の理論結果を水銀を用いた実験により検証した.
