Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1989-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"高清浄鋼の精錬に不可欠な取鍋内での脱酸、脱硫においてカルシア系スラグは重要な役割を果たす。CaO-Al_2O_3系はカルシア系スラグの基本系である。製鋼用スラグを対象とするような高温度において、スラグ成分の活量の絶対値を精度良く求めるためには実験上かなりの困難を伴うことが予想される。この意味で、各成分の活量の絶対値を測定せずに、それらの比率のみから活量を求めることができれば測定はかなり容易になる。一方、高温物理化学の研究におけるボトルネックの一つには反応容器の問題がある。容器材料による試料の汚染や反応への影響をさける為、反応に対して不活性な耐熱材料を得るため苦心されてきた。これに対して本研究では、反応容器としてCaSるつぼを自作し、このCaSるつぼを積極的に利用して反応を進行させる手法をとり、CaO-Al_2O_3系スラグとFe-Al-S合金との平衡を1600℃において測定した。本系の平衡関係は次式の反応で規定され、一定の酸化物組成においては、溶鉄中のAlとSの活量の積(h_^2・h_S^3)は一定値となった。 CaO-Al_2O_3-CaSsat.3成分系におけるGibbs-Duhemの関係と上記の反応平衡とを組み合わせることにより導出した関係式を利用し、この活量の積とスラグ組成の関係よりスラグ中のCaO及びAl_2O_3の活量を決定した。この活量の計算過程においては、スラグ系の状態図と溶鉄中のAlとSの活量系数に関する熱力学的デ-タのみが必要である。これらは比較的精度の高いデ-タといえる。これら以外には、上記の反応の平衡定数を含め、本質的に他の研究者の報告による各種の反応の自由エネルギ-や平衡定数の値を必要としないため、利用する熱力学的デ-タに含まれる誤差の影響を受けずに活量を決定することができた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
