引抜きダイス上での進行波伝播は以下にようにして行った。高周波電力で圧電振動子を機械振動し、それをホ-ンで増幅し、ダイス前面を励振する。ダイス内を前面から後面へ伝播した振動を継続的に後面へ進行させるためには後面に励振と同様の組合わせであるホ-ン、圧電振動子を接続し、振動子で機械振動を電気エネルギに変換、このエネルギを電気回路中の抵抗器で消散させる。誘電体でもある振動子の静電容量を補償するため、L=7.25mHのインダクタンスを接続し、抵抗値は機械的と電気的インピ-ダンスマッチングを考慮し、R=2.157Ωとする。 2.引抜き装置 表面進行波を利用した引抜き装置の主要部は、大きく、ダイス部、ドロ-ベンチ部、発振部、コンピュ-タコントロ-ルおよび記録部に分かれる。引抜き力はチャック部に取り付けられた板ばね形式のロ-ドセルの変形をそこに貼られたひずみゲ-ジで取り出し、引抜き行程はモ-タの回転量をタコメ-タで検出し、電気信号としてXーYレコ-グに記録した。 3.7/3黄銅の焼なまし材を素線とし、ダイス角0.5°、断面減少率12%、超音波公称共振周波数20KHzで、工程を通常、順および逆方向進行波付加と変更、また、引抜き速度を変化させて実験を行い、以下が判明した。 (1)順方向進行波付加が引抜きにとって有効であることは引抜き応力の減少で顕著である。 (2)順方向進行波付加で引抜き応力は加工を進めても一定となる。 (3)引抜き速度を増せば、引抜き応力を減少させる。 4.上界法による引抜き応力の算出 動的可容速度場として(i)球面速度場、(ii)塑性流は求心流、(iii)速度不連続は剛塑性境界のみ、(iv)表面進行波による工具の動きはUu、の仮定の下に求めた引抜き応力により表面進行波の効果を予測できた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
