Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1989-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"工業規模の気液並流充填層反応器の合理的な設計および操作に役立てるために、次の4点について研究を行った。1)パイロットスケ-ルの充填層内の半径方向液流量分布の測定、2)局所の液滞留率(ホ-ルドアップ)分布の測定、3)X線CT法による充填層内部の流れの可視化観察、4)空隙率分布のある充填層内のガス流れの数値解析。各項目毎の研究成果は以下の通りである。項目1)では、直径0.38m、高さ3mの充填層に工業用の三葉形触媒を充填し、層出口における半径方向の液流量分布を測定した。この結果、液は層断面でほぼ均一に流れ、空隙率の大きい壁近傍を多く流れるという「壁流」の現象はとくに見い出されなかった。項目2)では、層内半径方向に白金電極10対を設置し、電気抵抗の変化から局所液滞留率(ホ-ルドアップ)分布を測定した。本研究で用いたような比較的小さな充填粒子の場合の液滞留率は、層中心部でほぼ均一に分布し、壁部でやや小さくなった。この結果からも、触媒充填層では「壁流」が存在しないと思われる。項目3)では、X線CT法を用いて充填層内の液の流れを観察した。本法により充填層内に測定用プロ-ブを挿入することなく、流れを乱さずに、広い範囲にわたって液の流動状態や分布状態を可視化観察することができた。またX線造影剤を注入し、その挙動を観察した結果からも「壁流」の存在はないものと判断された。項目4)では、充填層の圧力損失を求めるErgun式が局所空隙率分布のある層内で局所的に成り立つものとして、ガス流れを数値解析した。粘性支配の流れでは空隙率の大きい部分への偏流が激しく、慣性支配の流れでは偏流が少ないことがわかった。局所液滞留率分布のある気液並流へ本法を適用することは、今後の課題として残された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
