1.世界各地のマントルペリドタイトの全岩化学組成、モ-ドおよび構成鉱物の化学組成を正確に決定し、構成鉱物で説明できない過剰成分を定量した。岩石1gあたり、約1000μgのTiO_2,5000μgのCaO,700μgのNa_2O,120-600μgのK_2Oが過剰であることが判明した。この量は全岩のインコンパチブル元素含有量の40-80%に相当する。 2.ペリドタイト構成鉱物の粒界および表面をX線マイクロプロ-ブで分析して、過剰なインコンパチブル元素が鉱物粒界に濃集していること、濃集元素の種類や量は鉱物(粒界)によって異なること、を明らかにした。 3.鉱物表面のAlKβ線のスペクトルは、金属Alに相当する波長領域にショルダ-を持つ。これから、粒界のインコンパチブル元素は表面分子層を形成して結晶表面の配位が不完全なサイトに存在することが判明した。 4.ペリドタイトを20、75、160℃で脱イオン水で溶出する実験を行い、過剰なインコンパチブル元素の大部分が160℃の脱イオン水に溶出すること、高温ほど溶出総量が増加すること、を明らかにした。このことから、粒界のインコンパチブル元素は多様なエネルギ-で結合しており、マントル条件下でも安定であることが示唆された。 5.粒界に濃集するインコンパチブル元素の部分溶融液への寄与を、1気圧下の溶融実験で調べた。部分溶融で生じたガラスを約1200個分析した結果、ガラスは数%以上のノルム石英を含む玄武岩質〜安山岩質の組成であった。金雲母やケルス-タイトなどインコンパチブル元素に富む相を含まないペリドタイトでも、粒界の寄与で数%の玄武岩質マグマが生じ得ることが明らかになった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
