Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1995-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"可視領域で大出力・高効率発振が可能な銅蒸気レ-ザ-は、レ-ザ-下準位が準安定状態であり、その緩和過程の詳細を知ることがレ-ザ-の特性向上に重要である。本研究の目的は、放電中の銅準安定原子の寿命を決定する、拡散及び電子衝突脱励起に関する基礎的な情報を得ることにある。まず、銅蒸気発生のための、銅ホロ-カソ-ド放電管を製作し、リング色素レ-ザ-を光源とする吸収分光法により、アフタ-グロ-中の準安定原子密度の減衰速度を測定して、Ne、Ar中での拡散係数を決定した。また、合わせて、銅ホロ-カソ-ドランプを光源とする吸収分光計測より、銅基底状態原子のHe、 Ne、Ar中の拡散係数も決定した。一部文献の報告とは異なり、基底状態原子と準安定原子の拡散係数は、ほぼ等しいことが明らかになった。次に、定常放電中の準安定原子の寿命を飽和吸収光法を用いて測定する新しい方法を開発し、銅準安定原子の寿命測定に適用した。この方法では強いポンプレ- ザ-光により準安定原子密度を減少させ、これを弱いプロ-ブ光の吸収で測定し、レ-ト方程式解析を通じて準安定原子の寿命を導く。実験に用いた圧力では準安定原子はその寿命の間に多数回他の原子と衝突し、これによる速度分布の緩和のためポンプ光はホ-ルバ-ニングを起こさない(これは実験的に確かめられた)。従って、レ-ト方程式による取り扱いが正当化される。測定された銅安定原子の定常放電中の寿命は、放電電流の増加とともに減少し、従って、主に電子衝突脱励起が寿命を決めていることが確かめられた。この寿命測定法を、電子密度・温度測定と組み合わせれば、準安定原子の脱励起速度定数の導出が可能になる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
