1.光合成によって取り込まれた二酸化炭素は、早いものでその数時間後にはメタンとして大気中に放出された。 2.7月までは大気に放出されるメタンの大部分が稲ワラ由来のメタンであり、稲ワラを施用しない場合メタンの水田からの発生量はごく僅かであった。 3.7月下旬頃から水稲体由来のメタンが急増したが、初めのうちはその大部分が水稲根からの浸出物に由来していると考えられた。また、この時期には、水稲根周辺で生成したメタンの方が非根圏で生成したメタンよりも若干優先して放出されていると推察された。 4.8月下旬以降、水稲からの有機物提供が少なくなり、メタン発生量が減少したが、それとともに発生するメタンに占める光合成産物由来のメタンの割合が減少し、水稲根遺体等に由来するメタンの割合が増大していくと考えられた。 5.水稲体土壌圏への物質供給は出穂を境として急激に減少した。 6.7月下旬頃の化学肥料区においては、土壌のある部位では還元化が進行中であり、またある部位では既にメタン生成が始まっているなど還元化の程度が一様でないことが推察された。大気中から土壌圏への水稲体を通した拡散による二酸化炭素の移動とそれを基質としたメタン生成は殆ど無いと推察された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
