月)において、それぞれ海洋科学技術センタ-所属の研究船「かいよう」および東京大学海洋研究所所属の研究船「白鳳丸」の航海の際実施した。実験は24時間継続し、実験終了後懸濁態有機物と溶存態有機物は、ガラス繊維濾紙(ワットマンGF/F)を用いて分別した。この濾過は吸引法で実施したが、濾過の際の人為的な引き込みを防止するため、吸引圧は150mmHg以下に調整した。全懸濁有機物の生成速度は海域により異なり、貧栄養水域の亜熱帯循環域の200mgCm^<-2>d^<-1>から、長江沖合いの1,500mgCm^<-2>d^<-1>まで7倍以上の開きがあった。懸濁粒子を形成する有機物としては、脂肪酸の生成量を求めた。脂肪酸では、海域を問わず炭素数14および16の飽和脂肪酸(14:0および16:0)と炭素数16の1不飽和脂肪酸(16:1)の3種類が主要な構成分であった。全脂肪酸の生産量は、全懸濁態有機物の生産量の15-20%程度を占めた。また、全溶存態有機物の^<13>C同位体比については、過硫酸カリウムなどを用いた湿式酸化法により得られた二酸化炭素中の ^<13>C同位体比を質量分析計で測定する方法を試みた。その結果、多少ではあるが^<13>C同位体比の増加が認められ、溶存態有機物の生成が示唆された。溶存態脂質を構成する脂肪酸の^<13>C同位体比は、ガスクロマトグラフ/質量分析計により測定した。植物プランクトンの現存量が多く生産量が800mgCm^<-2>d^<-1>をこえるような、長江沖100kmの測点では、いくつかの溶存態脂肪酸の同位体比の上昇が認められ、光合成を通して溶存態の脂肪酸が生成されていることが確認された。しかし、植物プランクトンの現存量の少ない測点では有意に同位体比が増加している試料はなく、溶存態の脂肪酸が生成されている直接的な証拠は得られなかった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
