Aluminum Garnet)単結晶板を用い、従来達成されなかった超高圧電子顕微鏡用、高輝度、高解像度、高速、長寿命の新TV観察用システム実現の可能性を示した。残光時間が短く、高速電子によるダメ-ジやX線の影響を受けにくいシステムとして、YAG単結晶シンチレ-タとレンズカップリングを用いたシステムが考えられる。しかし、このシステムでは、今まで高輝度と高解像度とを同時に得ることが困難であった。そこで、高屈折率を持つYAGシンチレ-タから発した光を有効に利用するため、屈折率の影響が少ない新方式のシンチレ-タを開発して、これを、高収光率・高解像度が得られるように設計した光学系と結合したシステムを作製し、その解像度・明かるさ等の諸特性を評価した。まず、初年度は、 1.100kV電子顕微鏡用として、半球型YAGシンチレ-タを、そして、超高圧電子顕微鏡用として板状YAGと高屈折ガラスで作られた、新方式のシンチレ-タを開発した、 2.200kV電子顕微鏡を用いた予備実験で新方式シンチレ-タの効果を確認し、 3.1000kV電子顕微鏡用レンズカップリング光学系を設計した。そして、第2年度において、 1.新方式YAGシンチレ-タとレンズ光学系を、既存の、イメ-ジインインテンシファイア付き撮像管と組み合わせた超高圧電子顕微鏡用TV観察システムを製作し、 2.システムを光と1000keV電子線により評価した結果、 (1).解像度・HVEM実験においてYAG面上で50〜60μm ・半球ガラスによる像面湾曲の影響は、光学系の焦点調整により小さくできる事を確認 (2).明るさ・板状YAG+半球ガラスの構造により、板状YAGのみの場合に比べ、明るさが約3倍に増加 (3).歪・歪はTV画面最端で約4% (4).周辺減光・現状でTV画面の7割強の範囲で支障無し。光学系の改良により更に改善可能 (5).DQE・0.04〜0.12 となり、これより、ダメ-ジやX線の影響を受けにくく、しかも高輝度・高解像度のHVEM用TV観察システムが実現可能であることを示すことができた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
