1.酸素定量分析研究室に概存の装置(堀場製作所製EMGA-630)を用いて、ネオジムおよびプラセオジム中の酸素定量の分析条件について検討し、抽出温度として 2873K、助燃剤としてスズをモル分率で、ネオジムは0.3(ネオジム1gに対してスズ約0.4g)、プラセオジムは0.5(プラセオジム1gに対してスズ約0.8g)以上添加すればよいことがわかった。 2.個体ネオジムおよびプラセオジムの酸素溶解度の測定個相拡散法および個相エレクトロトランスポ-ト法により酸素溶解度を測定した。ネオジムは購入した試料、およびフラックス処理により脱酸した低酸素濃度試料を用いて実験を行った結果、1023K、1073K、1123K、1173K、1223Kおよび1248Kで、酸素溶解度としてそれぞれ C_/mass%=0.0774、0.0997、0.122、0.136、0.148、0.161を得た。なお、X線回折により平衡する酸化物相としてNdOが確認された。また、プラセオジムはフラックス処理により作成した低酸素濃度の試料を用いて実験し、1113Kで酸素溶解度として C_/mass%=0.0595を得た。 3.融体ネオジムの酸素溶解度の測定ネオジムとその酸化物を入れたモリブテン坩堝を石英カプセル内に減圧アルゴン封入し、平衡に達するまで保持した。実験の結果、1373K、1473Kおよび1773Kで酸素溶解度としてC_/mass%=0.182、0.296、1.46を得た。また、1473Kにおいて平衡する酸化物相としてNd_2O_3が確認された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
