1)北部北大平洋においては夏季の亜寒帯前線付近で硝酸態窒素が枯渇するのにともない植物プランクンの現在量の増大がみられ,それ以北では硝酸態窒素が表層に高濃度で存在するが植物プランクトン現量は前線付近より小さいことがわかった.また前線より北部の懸濁粒子は非常に低い窒素同位体比を示こと,また前線付近の植物プランクトンは通常の生育条件で予想されるより高い炭素同位体比を持つことが明らかになった. 2)赤道域大平洋では海洋表層懸濁粒子は東部に較べて中央部で高い窒素同位体比を示すことがわかっ表層の硝酸の窒素安定同位体比にも同様の傾向がみられたことから,東部で盛んな赤道湧昇によって表にもたらされた硝酸が植物によって取り込まれるときの同位体分別により濃度の減少とともに同位体が高くなりながら西方に移流した結果によると推論した. 3)南北大西洋の表層の懸濁粒子の炭素安定同位体比の変動は,海洋の成層構造に依存した光合成の基としての二酸化炭素の同位体比の変動と,植物プランクトンの光合成における同位体分別による変動のつに分けられる事を見いだした.前者の効果を一般海洋観測デ-タから推定することにより,光合成活と炭素同位体比の関係を見積もることが可能になった. 4)海洋表層の硝酸の安定同位体比をさらに広範な海域で推定するために,より低濃度の硝酸の窒素同体比の測定法を開発した. 5)沿岸熱塩フロントでの鉛直流速を推定した結果,海水混合の時間スケ-ルはおよそ2日程度となっ粒状有機物の炭素安定同位体比は窒素安定同位体比より時間スケ-ルの長い変動現象を反映することわかった.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
