ン化したグラニュラー状態の領域の作製を目指した。しかし、そのようの微小な領域の磁化状態を調べる手法は未だ確立されておらず、まず、10nm以下の超微粒子の磁性の観察を実現する必要があった。また、グラニュラー状態をパターン化するために、元の母層がアモルファスあるいは、粒径が1nm以下の超微細多結晶である必要がある。そこで、我々は、 i)直流マグネトロンスパッタリング法でいくつかの金属元素の組み合わせについて試み、Fe_8Mo_2に関して、アモルファス膜作製のための条件を見出した。 ii)次に、電界放出型透過電子顕微鏡に磁気シールドレンズを組み合わせたローレンツ電子顕微鏡法を用いて、(1)Mgo単結晶中に埋め込まれたFe微粒子、および、(2)Fe_8Mo_2アモルファス膜中に析出したFe微粒子の観察を試み、単磁区構造をとっている10nm以下の超微粒子、あるいは微粒子群の磁化状態が直接観察できることを見出した。 iii)Fe_8Mo_2アモルファス膜を加熱しながら、200KeVの電子ビーム照射により加熱し、部分的に微粒子を析出させることができる事を見出した。そして、100nmの線幅で、パターンを描くことができた。そしてこの微粒子のなかに、自発磁化を持つものがあることがローレンツ電子顕微鏡法で確認できた。また、それらの微小領域x線分析では、空間分解能の低さから、正確な組成を決定することはできなかったが、母層よりも更にFeが多く含まれていることが確認できた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
