(1)鉄鋼業は、80年代以降、市場が世界的に成熟化するなかで、日米欧間の貿易摩擦が激化し、一方、中国を含む東アジア地域は、需要面でも供給面でも著しい成長を遂げている。日本の鉄鋼業は、国内的には機械産業の海外立地と鉄鋼原単位の低下のために、過剰設備を抱え、就業者は70-94年で約40%削減され、とくに大手高炉5社では半分以下となっている。また、韓国、台湾などからの輸入も増えている。鉄鋼業での水平分業型貿易への移行を視野に入れて、成長するアジアの鉄鋼需要動向に対応していくことが求められている。 (2)自動車産業でも、国内的に市場が成熟化しており、欧米先進国市場も全体として成熟期にある。そのため、日本の高い輸出依存度と低い輸入依存度を維持していくことは困難である。貿易摩擦を回避するための現地生産が進み、結果として完成車の輸出は抑えられている。アジアでも現地組立・現地生産型にシフトしており、国内生産は抑えられている。現地生産による輸出代替が国内の雇用に及ぼす効果を1990年の産業連関表で分析すると、90年のアメリカ現地生産台数108万台によって、国内の自動車部門で約5.5万人、産業全体で15.4万人の雇用が減少したことになる。国内的にも、組立産業としの自動車の立地移動が地域の雇用に与える影響は大きい。しかし、産業のグロ-バル化は資源の最適配分の観点からは避けられない要請である。 (3)日本とアジア太平洋との成長と貿易連関構造を比較分析すると、直接投資を反映して対米中心からアジア域内との相互依存への転換が起こりつつある。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
