Modeling System)を用いて,強制循環ボイラ,過熱器,減温器,高圧タ-ビン,節炭器,バルブ,復水器,ボンプ,脱気器,給水加熱器などの100個ほどのモジュ-ルからなる発電プラントシミュレ-タの開発した. その評価ならびに制御系設計用途に向けた使用可能性を調査したところ,定格負荷時の定常値はおおむね誤差なくシミュレ-トできるようにモデルパラメ-タの修正ができた.しかし,動特性の評価を十分に行うには至らなかった.その理由は,シミュレ-タの中で動特性がかなり早い応答を持つ設備(高圧タ-ビンなど)とかなり遅い応答を持つ設備(ボイラのレベル部分,再熱器など)が混在しており,数値計算上Stiff的になり計算負荷が非常に高くなっていることである. 次に制御系の基本構成に関して考察した.現在現場で使われているPIDを中心とした温度制御系を検討した上で,その欠点を認識し,負荷指令と圧力指令から燃料制御系と過熱温度制御系までの動的前向き制御系+フィ-ドバック制御系を構成した. 制御系設計のために用いるモデルとして,負荷とドラム圧力による発電ボイラの特性変動が反映できるように,高,中,低負荷帯及び高,中,低ドラム圧力帯における線形モデルを用いた内挿ゲインスケジュ-リング時変モデルを作った.そのために,各負荷帯,各ドラム圧力帯における線形近似モデルを,シミュレ-タにM系列信号を印可し同定実験を行うことで求めた. このモデルに基づき,負荷指令と圧力指令に対して内挿ゲインスケジュ-リング前向きコントロ-ラ+PIDコントロ-ラからなる蒸気温度Cascade制御系を設計した.小幅な圧力変化,小幅な負荷変化,大幅な負荷変化,大幅な圧力変化に対してそれぞれ蒸気温度制御のシミュレ-ションをMMSによる発電プラントシミュレ-タのプロトタイプを用いて行った.従来のPID温度制御系より蒸気温度の偏差がは著しく改善され,約半分まで減ることがわかった.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
