Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1999-04","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は、アジアの日系企業と現地企業における組織文化の相違を解明し、アジア的経営システムの開発可能性を模索するという点にある。海外の日系企業を訪問調査すると、日本的経営・日本的生産システムの評価をめぐって二つの意見が対立していることがしばしばある。一方は、日本人の考え方や経営方式は特異な側面が多く、世界の常識とは違うものと主張され、日本的経営の海外への移転可能性に疑問を呈する。他方は、日本的な管理手法は現地子会社にも十分機能しているし、現地子会社のほとんどが黒字経営であるのは、日本的経営の普遍性によるものであると主張する。この違いの背景を探れば、日本的経営を構成する具体的手法の面では十分実践可能だし、また学ぶべき点が多いが、原理のレベルというか、日本人の基本的な考え方、人との付き合い方には違和感を感じる人が多いという解釈になるだろうか。こうした点をケース研究を通じて、具体的にどういう側面に認識のギャップがあるのかを一つ一つ確認して見るのが本研究の狙いである。調査の結果から以下の3点が確認された。(1)合弁形態よりは単独出資の方が日本的システムの適用可能性は高くなるし、現地従業員の職務満足度も相対的に高い。(2)認識ギャップが生じる主な領域は、意思決定方式と労使関係である。(3)小集団活動や改善提案制度などは、確かに現地での実施率は低いが、これは現地の文化に起因するよりは、経験の浅さに起因する。従って、ある程度歴史が経過すれば、実施率が高くなるのは十分予想できる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
