1.異業種間ヒートカスケーディングの導入により,熱利用設備の燃料エネルギー消費量を約80%削減できる可能性がある. 2.熱輸送損失の増加にともない,排熱を蒸気と比較して輸送損失の少ない電力に変換して輸送・消費することが,エネルギー削減に有効である. 3.民生の敷地面積が50km^2合には,コンビナートの業種構成を最適化することにより,民生・産業を含めた地域エネルギーシステム全体で85%前後の燃料エネルギー消費量の削減が可能となる. 4.熱輸送コストが他の熱利用設備と比較して高い場合には,ヒートカスケーディングによる省エネルギー性と経済性を同時に満足させることができない. 5.熱輸送コストが基準値の50%以下である場合には,省エネルギー性への経済的インセンティブが生じる.このため,経済性を目的としたヒートコンビナートにおいても,熱配管を用いた異業種間熱輸送が積極的に行われ,省エネルギー性を目的とした場合と同等の省エネルギー効果が得られる. 6.エネルギー税のような経済的インセンティブの導入を行うことにより,エネルギーの効率的な利用が促進され,省エネルギー化が達成される. 7.エネルギー利用の質を考慮した経済的インセンティブとして,エクセルギー税やエクセルギー効率に応じて支給される報奨金を導入した場合には,エネルギー税と比較して安価に省エネルギー化を実現できる. 8.エネルギー税および報奨金制度は,工場内の効率改善を促進するために徴収する「供託金」制度とほぼ等価であり,その適切な運用により,当初から省エネルギー性を目的とした場合と同程度のコストで同程度の燃料消費量を達成することが可能となる.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
