Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2000-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"湖沼の溶存有機物(DOM)に関して、三次元蛍光測定(励起蛍光マトリックスEEM)および炭素同位体比測定を応用し、DOMの起源推定と陸水中での動態を解析した。その結果、タンパク質様の蛍光と、2つの腐食物質様蛍光とが検出され、前者が琵琶湖の自生性溶存有機物を、後者が外来性溶存有機物の指標となることが示唆された。また、後者は限外ろ過によって部分的に分離されることから、異なる化合物に由来することが示唆された。蛍光ピークの波長特性から、腐食物質様蛍光は主にフルボ酸に由来すること、また、渓流から湖沼にかけて、蛍光の青方偏移が観察され、腐食物質の変質が示唆された。琵琶湖集水域にある渓流水の溶存有機炭素(DOC)濃度と、腐植物質様蛍光強度との間に見られた正の相関を用いて、森林由来のDOC濃度を測定する方法論を確立した。これらを用いて琵琶湖のDOCに占める外来性(森林起源)DOC濃度を推定したところ、表層と深層とでの挙動が異なること、さらには、湖沼起源の自生性DOCの動態を解析することができた。本研究の結果、三次元蛍光測定が溶存有機物の起源推定に有効な手段であること、これを用いることで、湖沼での動態を追跡することができた。また、バイカル湖など他の集水域系にも応用できることも示され、適用範囲の広いことが明らかとなった。琵琶湖においては、DOCの炭素同位体比が、自生性と外来性で値が違うことが示され、炭素同位体比測定と三次元蛍光測定とを併用することで水界における溶存有機物、溶存有機炭素の動態をより詳細に解明できることが示された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
