1.生体等価なシンチレーター入りプラスチック光ファイバー(シンチレーションファイバー)を検出器とし、ファイバー両端からの光信号を演算処理することによって、1m程度の広い範囲にわたって一様な感度を有する長尺の線量計を開発した。この線量計により、X線CT検査による人体ファントムの体軸方向に沿った広範囲の被曝線量(線積分線量飽和値)を測定した結果、従来のCT用電離箱による測定では、被曝線量を30%程度過小評価していることが明らかになった。 2.ラジオサージェリなどで使われる小照射野における、高エネルギーX線の人体ファントム中の吸収線量測定用として、光ファイバーの先端に微小シンチレータを付加した検出器、並びに、安定で再現性の良い線量測定を行うため、光電変換部にフォトダイオードを使用した小型の線量計を開発し、さらに、従来の電流積分法ではなく、パルス波高解析により吸収線量を求める新しい線量評価法を開発した。 3.感度がX線入射方向に依存せず、小型で高感度な線量計として、光ファイバーの先端に微小シンチレータを付加したものを検出器とした線量計を開発し、X 線CT検査による人体ファントムの体軸方向に沿った被曝線量分布、並びに、最近のヘリカルX線CTスキャンによる人体等価胸部ファントム中の各部の被曝線量を精密に測定して、CT検査による臓器・組織吸収線量評価のための基礎的データを得た。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
