以下の知見を得た。 1.ブラックカッパー化による銅の回収ならびにその精製炭素還元では,ブラックカッパーの純度が若干悪くても,後の酸化銅基スラグによる精錬に影響を及ぼさないことから,むしろ回収率が良くなる条件で還元するのが好ましいことが分かった。また,鉄およびFe-C合金を還元剤とした場合についても検討した。本研究における最適還元処理条件としては,銅純度および銅回収率の観点から1623K,炭素粉末添加の条件となった。 次にCu_2O-15mass%SiO_2スラグによるブラックカッパーの酸化精錬では、不純物濃度はすべて数10mass ppm以下にまで低下し,銅純度も99.9%以上まで高純化された。したがって,還元処理により回収した銅は,リサイクルプロセスに直接戻すことが可能である。 2.硫化物化による銅の回収硫化物中の銅品位および硫化率が最も高くなる条件では,Sn,Pb,Zn,Coが硫化しやすく,Si,Cr,Alが硫化しにくいことが分かった。また,硫化物中に含まれる各不純物元素の合計量は,銅製錬所に戻す際に問題に成り得ない程度の量であった。したがって,使用済み酸化銅基スラグを銅品位の高い硫化物として回収でき,これを銅製錬所に戻すことは十分可能である。 3.湿式処理による銅の回収スラグをできるだけ細かく粉砕し,343K,硫酸4規定において浸出を行うのが,本実験条件内において,最も高い抽出率で銅と不純物を回収することができる条件であった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
