Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2001-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では、栄養素とIGFBP-2遺伝子発現との関係を明らかにすることを目的とした。【実験1】飼料蛋白質の量と質がIGFBP-2遺伝子発現に及ぼす影響を解明するために、大豆抽出蛋白質とカゼインを飼料蛋白質源とした半精製飼料を雄ヒナに給与し、各組織におけるIGFBP-2の遺伝子発現を調査した。また、大豆抽出蛋白質飼料とカゼイン飼料に対して不足している必須アミノ酸を添加した場合と添加していない場合の比較も行った。肝臓のIGFBP-2 mRNAは全ての処理群において検出されなかった。筋胃においては、IGFBP-2 mRNAレベルはCP20%の必須アミノ酸添加大豆抽出蛋白質飼料群と比べて、その他の4つの飼料群は有意に高くなった。一方、脳においては、CP5%必須アミノ酸添加大豆抽出蛋白質飼料給与は、CP20%の必須アミノ酸添加大豆抽出蛋白質飼料給与と比べて有意にIGFBP-2 mRNAレベルを減少させた。【実験2】血漿インスリンと組織IGFBP-2の遺伝子発現の関係を解明するために、雄ヒナに絶食、市販飼料を再給餌あるいは再給餌しないでウシインスリンを静脈中に投与し、各組織におけるIGFBP-2の遺伝子発現を調査した。肝臓のIGFBP-2 mRNAは2日間の絶食により有意に増加し、6時間の再給餌により有意に減少した。インスリン投与は、ニワトリの絶食が続いていたにもかかわらず、肝臓の IGFBP-2の遺伝子発現を再給餌群と同じレベルまで減少させた。筋胃のIGFBP-2 mRNAは2日間の絶食により有意に増加し、6時間の再給餌により減少する傾向を示した。インスリン投与は、ニワトリの絶食が続いていたにもかかわらず、筋胃のIGFBP-2の遺伝子発現を再給餌群より低いレベルまで減少させた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
