Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2002-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究代表者らが開発した「圧縮ねじり成形法」は圧縮・せん断複合負荷の加工が可能で、被加工材の形状を変えることなく材料内部に大きな塑性ひずみを導入できる特徴がある。本研究はこの特徴を有効に利用し、軽金属材料を対象に材料内部の組織を高度に制御する新しいプロセスの開発を目的として、金属間化合物の合成同時成形およびアルミニウムの結晶粒微細化法について検討した。その結果、次のことが明らかとなった。 ○金属間化合物の合成同時成形及び金属との同時接合 1.アルミニウムとチタンの混合粉末を圧縮ねじり成形することによって、メカニカルアロイングの効果を確認することができた。すなわち、二層ラメラー組織の形成を経てAl_3Tiの金属間化合物相の生成を確認することができた。 2.金属間化合物の生成は、せん断変形の大きい駆動側外周部に限られるが、成形温度、成形圧力、ねじり回数の条件を適正に変化させることによって、生成領域は拡大する。 3.金属間化合物の生成と同時に、アルミニウムや銅合金のバルク材との接合が可能である。 ○純アルミニウムの結晶粒微細化 1.初期粒径100μm程度の純アルミニウム溶製材を圧縮ねじり加工することによって、形状を変えることなく無く10μm以下の結晶粒径まで微細化が可能である。 2.結晶粒の微細化は駆動側に限られるが、上下反転して繰返しねじり加工することによって、資料の多くを微細化することが可能である
