Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2004-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"超臨界流体中での大きな同位体効果が観測されたクリプタンド(2B,2,1)を固定相とし,超臨界二酸化炭素にメタノールを添加して塩化チウムを溶解させた流体を移動相とする系について,ブレークスルー方式によるクロマトグラフィー実験を行うことにより減圧して得られる溶出液中のLiの同位体比を誘導結合プラズマ質量分析計で測定した.溶出曲線におけるLi濃度とLi同位体比より,平衡分離係数と理論段相当高さを解析により算出し,圧力によって変化する溶媒和効果との相関を試みた.得られた平衡分離係数は,一例としては,10MPaの場合に1.025±0.009であり,理論段相当高さは約10mmであった.平衡分離係数については,超臨界二酸化炭素を用いずメタノール溶媒だけを用いた実験結果は1.040であったので,溶媒和効果の影響があり,圧力を変えることで平衡分離,係数を制御できることがわかった.圧力を高めた場合には,樹脂に対する吸着量が大きくなる傾向があり,理論段相当高さを小さくできることがわかった.溶出曲線におけるLi濃度とLi同位体比より,平衡分離係数理論段相当高さおよび吸着容量を解析により算出し,二酸化炭素モル分率によって変化する溶媒和効果との相関を試みた.この結果,二酸化炭素モル分率が小さくなると溶媒和の効果が大きくなり平衡分離係数を大きくできるが,吸着容量は小さくなることから,工学的な同位体分離においては,二酸化炭素モル分率すなわち溶媒和の大きさに最適値が存在することがわかった、さらに,超臨界二酸化炭素中の溶媒和の効果を理論的に解析するために,クラウンエーテルやポリエチレングリコールのように超臨界二酸化炭素に親和性を有する分子をモデル分子として,Gaussian
