Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2005-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近赤外波長可変フェムト秒ファイバレーザーと超多重反射時間減衰法(キャビティーリングダウン法)を用いたプラズマ励起表面反応の動的計測法の構築を行った。高感度な計測のため、スーパーコンティニューム(SC)光源の広帯域化、低ノイズ化、超短パルス化を行った。3種類の異なった機能を有した光ファイバを融着接続したハイブリットファイバを用いて、1180〜2100nmにおいてフラットで、ノイズが少なく、コヒーレンス性の高いSCパルス光の生成に成功した。また、異なったハイブリッドファイバにてパルス幅13fsの超短パルスのSC光を生成することに成功した。近赤外波長可変フェムト秒ファイバレーザーを用いたキャビティーリングダウン法においては、高感度、高速な検出法が必要不可欠であり、そのためホモダイン検波、差動増幅及びデジタルフィルタからなる検出法を用いたキャビティーリングダウン法を構築した。波長1200〜1850nmの範囲で反射率99.8% 以上の特性を有する高反射ミラー2枚からなるキャビティーと近赤外波長可変フェムト秒ファイバレーザー、高感度検出法により、リングダウンタイムの計測に成功した。得られたリングダウンタイムは理論値と比較し、短いものであった。これは、レーザー光の広がりの影響が大きいと考えられるが、光学系の最適化等によるレーザー光のコヒーレンスの向上、受光系の改良により、理論値に近いリングダウンタイムを得ることが可能と考えられる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
