Funder"},"subitem_funder_names":[{"subitem_funder_name":"日本学術振興会","subitem_funder_name_language":"ja"}]}]},"item_19_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2008-04","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_19_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"自動車等輸送機器,工業用ロボット等産業用機器,高齢化社会における福祉機器など,広い範囲で構造部材の軽量化の要求が一層高まり,比重<1のポーラス材料の有効利用が期待されている.本研究では,代表者らが開発した自己伝播反応(燃焼合成反応)による無機化合物ポーラス材料の実用化に向けて,その基礎研究を発展させるプロセスとして,フレーム構造部材の主体である中空形材にポーラス材料を充填した軽量高剛性ポーラス複合構造部材を製造するプロセス技術の開発を目的とした.主な研究実施項目とその研究成果は以下のようである. 1.全体加熱による燃焼合成発泡の検討 AlとAl-Ni系化合物からなるポーラス材料を対象に、混合粉末圧粉体(プリカーサ)を全体加熱して燃焼合成反応を誘起する方法において,原料粉末混合比,発熱助剤添加量,プリカーサ成形条件,加熱雰囲気,加熱速度などが,発泡特性や気孔牲状に及ぼす影響を解明した. 2.部分加熱による自己伝播発泡の検討上記と同様のプリカーサの一部のみを加熱して燃焼合成反応を誘起する方法において,発熱助剤添加量,予熱温度,加熱位置,移動加熱方法などが,発泡特性や気孔性状に及ぼす影響を解明した. 3.中空部材内発泡によるポーラス複合構造体作製の検討 Al-Ni系ポーラス材料を対象に,中空部材内でプリカーサを加熱発泡する方法によってポーラス複合構造体の作製を実証し,部材の有無,部材とプリカーサの設置方法が気孔性状に及ぼす影響を解明した. 4.全体加熱法によるアルミニウムのポーラス化の検討化合物の加熱分解を利用するポーラスアルミニウム作製法において,発泡助剤のTiH_2と共に発熱助剤を添加してアルミニウムのポーラス化について検討し,その可能性を確認し,今後の課題を整理した.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_19_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金
