内容記述 What is the ruling passion of teachers for educating their pupil? Based on the interview for three teachers of elementary schools in Kinki area, this paper tries to clarify what the teachers' objectives are and how they engage in education. This paper also introduces previous researches in the fields both of education and economics of education for reference of the findings obtained in this interview.
