It focuses on face-to-face communication. So it is difficult to use teleconference systems in side-by-side assistance like a tutor. This paper proposes Side-by-Side Meeting which enables side-by-side remote assistance. In a side-by-side assistance, each of participants has a different role; one is a worker and the other is an assistant. So each site of remote would not be same. We employ asymmetric environment to enable efficient remote assistant. This paper also explains about experiments for Side-by-Side Meeting and building remote assistant environment.},
