 note = {The purpose of this paper was to examine Kegan's constructive-developmental theory focused on the structure of theory and developmental stages. First, the structure of Kegan's constructive-developmental theory was interpreted systematically. Second, correspondence between Kegan's constructive-developmental stages and other developmental stages which were supposed to relate Kegan's stages was surveyed, and suggestions from Kegan's theory to other developmental theories were discussed. Third, Kegan's constructive-developmental stages and its transition were surveyed, and theoretical position of Kegan's theory which integrates other developmental theories was discussed. Finally, significance of future research was discussed.},
