A questionnaire measuring rumination, depression, and distraction was administered to 257 college school students. The results, analyzed with hierarchical multiple regression analysis, were as follows: (1) facing the fact reduced depression, negative introspection enhanced depression, (2) personal distraction reduced depression, impulse distraction enhanced depression, (3) The facing the fact had different effects on depression, depending on level of personal distraction, and (4)In those individuals with high level of all distraction, negative introspection didn't reduce the level of depression. Based on these discussions, I have proposed future directions for studies on moderate effects.}, pages = {1--9}, title = {反すうが抑うつに及ぼす影響 : 気晴らしの調整効果に着目して}, volume = {57}, year = {2010} }
