Though mutual understanding and collaboration between teachers are essential to cooperation, the difficulty of practice is also pointed out. In this research, I interviewed yogo-teachers about their understanding of cooperation and actual conditions. As the result, 9 of 10 interviewees answered that managerial staff have significant influences on cooperation. Also, in the cohort of people whose cooperation is fine, managerial staff tended to provide positive approaches.
