In 2011, the project is in its fifth year. One part of this project is the “Nijiiro Project” in which a special support room called the “Nijiiro Room” has been established in an elementary school in one city, with the cooperation of that city’s board of education. In the Nijiiro Room, consultation and support activities related to development and learning are provided for elementary school children and their parents. In addition, psychologists visit elementary schools in the city and observe subject children in actual learning situations and provide consultations to teachers. In the three years since the Nijiiro Room was opened in 2008, there have been 98 consultations on children’s development and 52 general consultations. The majority of consultations have been about boys in the early years of elementary school. Many of the developmental consultations were related to learning problems, while many of the general consultations were about hyperactivity and behavioral problems. Through clinical activities in local elementary schools, we aim to build a support model by specialists in special needs education and develop teaching methods and educational materials for children with mild developmental disorders. From our activities so far, value from psychologists entering educational settings has been seen in assessing the situations of children, including relationships, and providing backup support for coordination among the people involved with these students.}, pages = {93--103}, title = {軽度発達障害分野における治療教育的支援事業『にじいろプロジェクト』の取り組み : 特別支援相談室「にじいろ教室」の実践報告と今後の展望}, volume = {58}, year = {2012} }
