 note = {This is a report of EDUCAUSE 2011 annual conference held in Philadelphia. Effective use of information technology was discussed from many points of view by participants from broad areas including IT department staff, chief information officers, and librarians. There were three general sessions in the conference, and this report shortly describes each of them. Building good collaborative relationship between IT staff and librarians was one of the themes set in EDUCAUSE, which also makes this conference worth some attention for Japanese librarians.},
