The first purpose is to examine the causality process of school organizational behaviors, based on previous studies (Matsubara, et al., 1996; 1998; Yoshida, et al., 1995) : the total leadership of school leaders ⟶ school climate and teachers' morale ⟶ teaching style ⟶ student' behaviors. The second purpose is to examine the moderator effect of leaders' teamwork on the teachers' morale. A mail questionnaire survey was conducted, and two-hundred-and-eighty-six junior high school teachers provided valid data for the present study. The main results of this study were as follows : (1) factor analyses of each scale resulted in the same structures as the previous studies, showing that each scale was stable; (2) path analyses indicated that (a) total leadership of school leaders had significant effects on school climate and teachers' morale, (b) school climate and teachers' morale had significant effects on teaching style, and (c) teaching style had significant effects on students' behaviors. These results confirmed the causality process of school organizational behaviors suggested by previous studies. In addition, (3) effect of school leaders' leadership on the teachers' morale depended on the teamwork of these leaders, which indicated that the teamwork of school leaders had a moderator effect on the teachers' morale., 国立情報学研究所で電子化したコンテンツを使用している。}, pages = {65--85}, title = {学校組織の社会心理学的研究(II) : スクール・リーダーが学校組織行動のプロセスに与える影響}, volume = {44}, year = {1997} }
