 note = {Arguements about adolescents using "initiation" as a key word were reviewed. In Japan, the arguements started with interpretating a work in psychotherapy (Henderson, 1967). Kawai (1986) used the word as a key word in his arguement about adolescents for the first time. Recently, Kawasaki (1988), Okada (1990), and Higashiyama (1990) developed the arguement to the method of understanding adolescents' behaveour.
