The WebCT offers many useful tools, such as displaying html files, discussion board, e mail, online quiz, and so on. After using WebCT for several years, I found that it is possible to teach dynamically and interactively. Some of experiences I have learned using WebCT are reported, such includes a dynamic course administration, discussions among students, extensive study contents, and so on.
