I have so far performed indication that the erection background of an ancient temple can be approached by examining in what kind of place was chosen, and the ancient temple meant what kind of how to show. In this paper, examination synthetic about the location of an ancient temple, circumference environment, an excavation roof-tile, etc. was performed on the topic of the Ise province. As a result, it was shown clearly that a big difference is found by the location of a temple also in the Ise area. In the northern and central area, temples were distributed almost equally for every county, and as a feature of the location, the relevance with an ancient tomb or a government agency was little, and they were strongly conscious of the good heights of a view which overlook a seashore part or along a river, and the ports and harbors. On the other hand, in the southern area, two or more temples were intentionally and intensively erected inland around the ancient tomb concentration zone or the county seat.}, pages = {131--147}, title = {伊勢地域における古代寺院の選地}, volume = {58}, year = {2012} }
