 note = {This paper reports a study that examined if a child consider his/her parents-child relationship close, the child will respond to the expectations of his/her parents. Elementary school students (n=94) and junior high school students (n=118) responded to two questionnaires about the parents-child relationships and intentions to respond to the expectations of parents. The result was as follows. If child feel that the relation between his/her parents and him/her is close, he/she will respond to the expectations of his/her parents. But this tendency is a weak one. This result suggests the existence of other causes of intentions of children to respond to the expectations.},
