In fact, recent foodborne incidences involving fishery products induced importers’ countries to adopt stringent border inspections and risk analysis. Using Mozambican exports to its main destinations as a case study, this study test whether the sanitary and environmental indicators are determinant for the demand of shrimps and prawns exported, based on the export demand model.
