Through my analytical investigation, firstly, I can conclude that German dual system depends on the planning activities of training staff who have a lot of knowledge and their practical abilities. Secondly, curricula of the dual vocational training are managed and planned according the discipline, occupation (Beruf), training grade (stage) and personal achievement of trainee.
