From research of eating behaviors, it was (well) known that "kyoshoku (eating together)" experiences enhanced self-esteem, and self-efficacy, and prevened subjective fatigue symptoms and anxious feeling. Sleep research indicated that short and lack of sleep was bad for mental and physical health, and irregular sleep habits caused disquieting health through failed circadian rhythms. From these findings, it was theoretically predicted that improvement of eat and sleep habits would be effective in solving disquieting health in high school students. To improve eat and sleep habits, self-regulation would play a key role in adolescence, and self-efficacy would moderate the relationship between eat and sleep habits problems and disquieting health. Self-efficacy would be a critical factor for health behaviors such as eat and sleep in high school students.}, pages = {111--124}, title = {高校生の心身の健康不穏に至るプロセスについての理論的検討}, volume = {59}, year = {2012} }
