Following three categories and thirteen sub-categories were reveled that : 1) the positive effects on family role (children's independence, participation by others in child care, liberation from mother-child close adherence, kindred spirits with children), 2) the positive effects on work role (extension of network, self-actualization/worth doing, gaining of sociality, economic stability), 3) the integration of work and family roles (compensational relation of inter-role, instrumental relation of inter-role, sense of balance, sense of fulfillment, plan/concentration).
